Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

We are working with a fast-growing specialist recruitment and talent solutions business that continues to expand across multiple markets and brands. As a result of ongoing growth, our client is looking to add a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to its collaborative marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where marketing is highly valued, your ideas will be heard, and you'll gain exposure to a wide range of sectors, audiences and campaigns.

The Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering marketing activity across content, campaigns, events, social media, websites and brand communications, helping to drive engagement and support business growth across multiple brands.

Role Highlights

  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites and internal communications
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands
  • Coordinate and promote events, from invitations through to post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, forms and digital assets through marketing platforms
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral including presentations, pitch decks and branded materials

You Will Need

  • 2–5 years' marketing experience within a B2B, professional services or relationship-led environment
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating social media content, email campaigns and website updates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, CMS platforms and Microsoft Office

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to broaden their experience across a wide range of marketing channels. The successful Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute ideas, and play a visible role in helping the business achieve its growth ambitions.
