Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with experience in Salesforce consulting and IT services marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, generating Salesforce leads, and strengthening our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to drive lead generation, support business growth, and promote our Salesforce consulting services and products globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage online and offline marketing content focused on Salesforce consulting services and products.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Write compelling content for websites, blogs, brochures, leaflets, flyers, emails, LinkedIn posts, YouTube content, and other social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize the company’s WordPress website with creative and SEO-friendly content.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Research Salesforce prospects, industries, and buyer personas to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline generation and business development activities.
- Create branding and copywriting materials aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and marketing metrics.
- Coordinate online promotional activities, partnerships, and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with Salesforce Technical Engineers and Solution Architects to create high-value proposals and marketing presentations.
- Support video content creation, editing, and visual marketing initiatives where required.
- Proactively identify new opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem and IT consulting market.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Salesforce consulting or IT services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce consulting business processes and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in SEO, content marketing, branding, and copywriting.
- Ability to generate Salesforce business leads through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating marketing content for digital and offline channels.
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.
- Strong research, prospecting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce consulting companies.
- Knowledge of cloud/SaaS products and IT consultancy marketing.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Video creation and editing experience is a plus.
- Experience with brand management and campaign performance reporting.
