About Gillman and Soame

Gillman and Soame is a heritage-rich brand that seamlessly blends school photography with timeless tradition. Our award-winning staging and unique product positioning set us apart in the market, making us a trusted partner for schools and a beloved choice for parents. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to help us scale our impact and reach.

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate, versatile Marketing Executive to execute our strategy and growth roadmap during a pivotal time for the company. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building from the ground up.

You’ll primarily focus on D2C and B2B funnels optimisation. Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Brand

  • Keep consistency within Gillman and Soame’s core brand values, tone, and visual identity across all customer-facing assets (website, social media, email, print, etc.).

Campaigns and Email Marketing

  • Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) to drive conversion.
  • Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to refine performance.
  • Report on campaign ROI, identifying insights and recommendations for future iterations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
