Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive - Think, fast paced, impact, dynamic high achieving team Fantastic fast paced B2b marketing role 3+ years exp needed minimum (W1W) Negotiable starting salary up to £40,000 (doe) | Superb growth & benefits | London (Hybrid) 38 days holiday ! Fast paced - glory - opportunity - progression - SME fluid magic! We're not hiring a CV. We're hiring a brain an attitude and a mindset! Hunger and ambition, plus 2-5 years in a marketing role in the UK! Loads of support - join a high calibre team.

We're a fast-growth London business that moves quick, thinks sharp, and doesn't have time for people who wait to be told what to do. We need a marketing generalist who turns up with ideas, spots problems before we do, and isn't afraid to say “I think there's a better way.” If you're the type who gets bored doing the same thing twice, asks “why are we doing it like that?”, and genuinely enjoys figuring stuff out — keep reading.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

This is a proper hands-on, all-rounder marketing job. One day you're running a campaign, the next you're knee-deep in analytics, writing copy, building an email flow, or sorting social. You'll get your hands on:

  • Digital campaigns end to end — planning, running, measuring, improving
  • Content and copy across web, email and social
  • SEO, paid and the basics of what makes them tick
  • Reporting and data — because we make decisions on numbers, not gut
  • Whatever the business throws at you, because that's life in a growing company You won't be siloed. You'll see the whole picture, work across the business, and have real influence on what we do next.

Who You Are

This matters more than your experience. We want someone who is:

  • Proactive — you bring solutions, not just problems
  • Curious — you want to know how things work and how to do them better
  • Hungry — you want to grow fast and you'll put the graft in to get there
  • Comfortable with pace and change — chaos doesn't scare you, it excites you
  • Happy to challenge ideas (including ours) and back yourself

  • Hybrid working — 3 days in our London office, 2 from home
