We're a fast-growth London business that moves quick, thinks sharp, and doesn't have time for people who wait to be told what to do. We need a marketing generalist who turns up with ideas, spots problems before we do, and isn't afraid to say “I think there's a better way.” If you're the type who gets bored doing the same thing twice, asks “why are we doing it like that?”, and genuinely enjoys figuring stuff out — keep reading.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
This is a proper hands-on, all-rounder marketing job. One day you're running a campaign, the next you're knee-deep in analytics, writing copy, building an email flow, or sorting social. You'll get your hands on:

- Content and copy across web, email and social
- SEO, paid and the basics of what makes them tick
- Reporting and data — because we make decisions on numbers, not gut
- Whatever the business throws at you, because that's life in a growing company You won't be siloed. You'll see the whole picture, work across the business, and have real influence on what we do next.

- Hungry — you want to grow fast and you'll put the graft in to get there
- Comfortable with pace and change — chaos doesn't scare you, it excites you
