The Opportunity
Join the heart of media communications publishing. As a Marketing Executive, you will support some of the UK’s most influential media brands—from the industry-defining Campaign and PRWeek, to the celebrated Creative Review. Your contributions will directly shape content for the world’s most respected communicators and creators.
This dynamic role operates within a subscription-led model, offering rapid career progression to fast-paced, data-driven, and ambitious marketers who thrive on variety and results.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, and events) to boost new subscriptions and member retention.

Revenue Growth Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, while sophisticiating direct-to-consumer conversion tactics.

Content Marketing Partner with editorial teams to promote high-value content, resources, tools, and learning modules across both healthcare and non-healthcare audiences.

Performance Tracking Monitor campaign KPIs and optimise performance using data to provide ROI reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Brand Stewardship Uphold brand consistency and professional standards across all w:
ovies, newsletters, web content, and promotional materials.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact for internal teams, including Sales, Editorial, and Product, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge – Minimum Criteria

- Marketing Foundation Previous experience in a digital marketing, advertisement, or brand role (preferred but not mandatory).

Digital Marketing Proficiency Hands-on knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media channels.

Copywriting & Communication Strong ability to create clear, persuasive, engaging copy for campaigns, promotions, and corporate messaging.

Analytical Mindset Comfortable interpreting marketing data, tracking trends, and using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to refine strategies.
