## Marketing Executive – Real Estate Growth Opportunity
Join us as a Marketing Executive to shape the future of living experiences across major UK cities with one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the market.
We’ve recently hired an additional team member, doubling down on our commitment to delivery, innovation, and expansion—now we’re looking for someone to own end-to-end marketing campaigns and drive brand elevation and occupancy.
### About the Role
This is a crucial early-phase hire to support our expansion. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, ensuring our marketing strategy is dynamic, measurable, and aligned with growth goals.

### Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns across new and operational sites
- Shape brand identity through:
- Digital strategies
- PR initiatives
- Social engagement
- In-person engagement ventures
- Manage agency partners and media relationships, tracking ROI & performance KPIs
- Oversee content creation (visual & video, photography, stories, promotion materials, investor updates, launches, etc.)
- Drive ** resident engagement** via:
- Events
- Feedback programmes
- Community-led campaigns

### Perfect for You If…
✔ You’ve got pure 360° marketing experience—politely, we’re not looking for roles like chair-flow—this requires inside-out expertise:
- Campaign planning and execution
- PR/social media influence
- On-site / physical marketing strategy
- Coordinating between teams (development, operations, customer experiencing)
✔ You balance strategy with execution—myth busting custom campaign ideas isn’t enough. We need a doer who thrives in fast-paced growth environments.
✔ You excel in multi-stakeholder teams, keeping everyone aligned, productive, and on the same page.
✔ You’re crative by nature, adept at using (or eager to learn):
- Content creation (4K photography, motion/video editing, platforms like After Effects)
- Platforms (WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Data-driven storytelling—we want to entertain our audiences while driving action
✔ A career in property/ hospitality/consumer retail is a leg up, but versatile marketing minds (e.g., fintech, travel, high-ed) with quick learners are welcome
