As a Marketing Executive at Quilter, you’ll play a key role in helping the Quilter advice proposition resonate with financial advisers and customers.
The role supports the delivery of marketing activity across planning, delivery and performance review. Working closely with Advice Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives, you’ll help deliver activity that supports the advice business and its growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the marketing plan
Support the wider advice marketing team in delivering the marketing plan, working with marketing managers and colleagues to promote the advice proposition to financial advisers and customers.

Create marketing collateral
Help create and deliver marketing campaigns that highlight the value of Quilter to advisers and customers. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure you have the information needed to develop and manage marketing collateral.

Digital presence and social media
Work with colleagues to bring the Quilter advice proposition to life through engaging website and social media content. Help ensure digital marketing positively influences financial adviser and customer behaviour, and that financial advisers have the social media content they need to promote the proposition through the business’ social media platform.

Marketing estate management
Manage marketing materials from sign-off through to annual review, using the Quilter marketing workflow system, MPAH.

Stakeholder engagement
Build effective working relationships with teams including sales, operations and financial promotions across the advice businesses. This requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders informed.

Work prioritisation
Support the wider team, including the Marketing Managers and Executives, by helping to prioritise and schedule work. Help ensure delivery deadlines are achievable and met.

Award entries
Coordinate industry award entries, working with stakeholders to collate evidence, draft submissions and ensure deadlines are met.

Financial adviser marketing enquiries
Manage responses to financial adviser enquiries sent to the Quilter Financial Advisers mailbox.
About You
You are a proactive and organised marketing professional with experience in delivering high-quality campaigns and content. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and taking ownership of marketing activity from concept through to delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media and print.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging marketing collateral for different audiences.
- An understanding of digital marketing and social media, including creating content that encourages audience engagement and supports business objectives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within governance, compliance or approval processes.
- Experience managing marketing materials and ensuring content remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
- A customer-focused mindset with the confidence to respond to enquiries and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- An interest in market research and using insights to support marketing activity and business decision-making.
