Trade Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Trade Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of trade marketing activities, strengthen retailer partnerships, and deliver engaging customer experiences across online and offline retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in planning and delivering trade marketing strategies across key retail accounts to increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and drive sales performance.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Product Managers, and retailer teams to execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities across online and in-store channels.
- Manage and optimise product visibility across retailer platforms, including product content, brand presentation, and digital assets to enhance the shopper experience.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including POS, digital assets, and campaign content, working closely with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support the execution and evaluation of promotional campaigns, tracking performance, ROI, and providing insights for future improvements.
- Assist with the management of field marketing activities, including agency coordination, retail training, campaign reporting, and performance analysis.
- Organise and support trade events, retailer meetings, and brand activations to strengthen customer relationships.
- Conduct retail audits, competitor reviews, and market analysis to identify opportunities and ensure strong brand representation.
- Support eCommerce activities, including rich media content management and online brand improvements.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and general marketing administration.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Hisense categories and stay informed of market trends within the consumer electronics industry.

Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing marketing materials/projects is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and external partners.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Good attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
