The Role

As Marketing Executive (Europe), you’ll be a creative strategist and operational force—delivering acquisition, retention, and brand excellence through digital, content, and experiential marketing. Partners with senior leadership, you’ll influence commercial execution while embodying Pepperstone’s collaborative, fast-moving culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (pan-European) to drive user acquisition, fostering long-term retention.
  • Digital & Content Owner:
    • Oversee European websites with an emphasis on high-quality, optimised content.
    • Partner with SEO, content, and web teams to boost search performance and localise messaging.
  • Social Media & Engagement:
    • Own and manage a social media calendar across European markets, specialising in the UK.
    • Ensure compliant, culturally tailored sentiment and consistent brand voice.
  • Content & Campaigns:
    • Create and deploy email campaigns, promotional assets, and culturally refined content.
    • Brief, review and align campaigns with regional brand guidelines.
  • Localisation & Compliance:
    • Manage translations, regulatory checks, and third-party vendor relationships.
    • Curate Client event and sponsorship activations across European markets.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Conduct market research and performance analysis to optimise campaigns.
  • Collateral & Admin:
    • Support marketing ops, create briefs, and manage internal/external project coordination.
    • Ad hoc admin, vendor coordination, and file management as required.

You’ll Bring

✔ Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ✔ 2+ years of experience in marketing (ideally in financial services, digital B2C, or agency environments). ✔ SEO mindset & CMS familiarity—with experience in Keyword research, SEO strategy. ✔ Strong written and domestic compliance awareness for financial services. ✔ Paid marketing automation experience (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar). ✔ Collaboration skills in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional teamwork. ✔ Local market knowledge or willingness to quickly adapt to European markets.
