Location: Midlands-Based · Frequent Travel
Reporting To: Director
Salary: Base + Performance Bonus
Requirements: 18+ - Driving - Portfolio required
A nationally recognised brand with a 5-star reputation, 400+ venue partners, and over £2,000,000 generated for clients since 2022 — now ready to take marketing to the next level.
This role is based predominantly around the Midlands, with frequent travel for content days and, at times, UK-wide.
Social, Content & Advertising
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop a content calendar reflecting the Effervescent brand voice
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) for talent and venues
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads for venue acquisition and talent recruitment
- Monitor ad performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROAS
- Manage ad budgets and make data-driven decisions

Design & Strategy
- Create on-brand visual assets for social, ads, and pitch decks
- Maintain and evolve the Effervescent visual identity
- Own the overarching marketing strategy, aligned to growth targets

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a marketing role — agency, in-house, or freelance
- Strong social media skills across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience with accountability for results
- Solid graphic design ability — you produce polished visuals independently
- Video editing skills for Reels/TikTok
- Portfolio required with your application
