At Grundon, we are on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate, and driven Internal Communications & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team based in Colnbrook.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role keeping our employees informed, engaged and connected. This is a hands-on role where you'll help deliver clear, timely and meaningful communications across the business - from producing weekly emails and managing various internal communication channels to advising senior leaders on colleague announcements, sharing business updates and leading internal campaigns.
What will you do
- Support the development and delivery of an effective internal communications strategy, continuously seeking ways to improve and ensure it remains relevant and engaging for colleagues.
- Support the maintenance of our online platform GrunHub, working closely with its developer, to assist with communications across digital and physical channels including emails, screens, posters, JotForms and colleague materials, ensuring content is consistent, on-brand and aligned with our tone of voice.
- Create and share engaging content that informs and connects colleagues, including articles, photography, video, internal emails and push notifications.
- Work with Graphic Designers to develop visual assets across a range of communication channels.
- Use analytics, employee feedback, surveys and on-site engagement to understand what resonates with our people and identify opportunities to improve communication and engagement.
- Produce regular monthly reports on internal communications performance, sharing insights and recommendations for future focus and improvement.
- Support Sales and Client Engagement teams with marketing activities, including customer events such as Waste Awareness Days, to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
- Monitor and maintain stocks of promotional materials and sales literature, ensuring teams have the resources they need when they need them.

About You
- Degree in Marketing or a related subject such as PR, Communications, Creative Writing or Media Studies (BA, BSc or equivalent),
- 1–2 years’ experience in internal communications, PR, or a marketing/communications-related role.
- GCSE English at Grade C/3 or above, with A Level English desirable.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
