Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive – Global Financial Services Provider

A global financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the organisation with the creation and implementation of multi-channel on- and off-line B2B marketing across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business unit heads on marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Execute various channels such as digital platforms, events, email, print, and potentially social media, ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.
  • Act as an advisor to senior management, presenting ROI results, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and objectives.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, then share insights with senior management to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Essential: Broad B2B marketing experience (preferably in a large corporate)
  • Essential: Experience with multi-channel marketing
  • Strong strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with Dotdigital and Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
  • Soft skills:
    • Creativity, passion, energy, and a bias towards action
    • Ability to think proactively and challenge common practices
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
    • Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)

  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Working pattern: 3 days in the office
