POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on Marketing Executive role with a strong focus on crafting engaging and effective copy that brings Fushi brand to life across digital and retail touchpoints. You’ll be the go-to person for writing copy across our CRM, email marketing, press materials, and trade marketing briefs.
You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager and collaborate with teams across design and trade to deliver high-quality content that connects with our customers and retail partners. This role is all about execution, delivering great copy that performs. A sharp eye for detail, a love for language, and a strong sense of voice are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Copywriting & Content Execution
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for CRM flows, customer emails, loyalty campaigns, and newsletters.
- Draft press releases and product descriptions that bring our ethos and benefits to life.
- Brief in and review copy for retail marketing assets such as sell-in decks and POS tools.
- Support the CRM team with regular content updates in tools like Klaviyo, and assist with testing variations
- Tailor messaging for different audiences while staying consistent with our tone of voice.

Cross-Functional Support
- Work alongside design and digital teams to help shape customer-facing messaging across key channels.
- Partner with the trade team to ensure B2B materials reflect our product USPs and brand voice.
- Coordinate feedback and revisions, ensuring copy is accurate and delivered on time.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- 2+ years of experience in a copywriting, CRM or content-heavy marketing role – ideally in beauty, wellness or FMCG.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to write for both consumer and trade audiences.
- Experience supporting trade marketing efforts such as briefing in sell-in materials, writing POS copy, and assisting with retailer content.
- Commercial understanding of retail marketing strategies, including launches, promotions, and shopper behaviour.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and interested in performance-based messaging.
- Confident proofreading, editing, and managing feedback loops.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines.
- A passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and purpose-driven brands.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role means delivering copy that not only looks and sounds like Fushi – but performs like it too. You will be a creative, commercial voice for the brand, able to move seamlessly between retail and digital environments. Your ability to collaborate, create, and convert will make you a trusted partner to sales, digital, and marketing – and a key contributor to growing awareness, loyalty, and revenue.
PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)
- Email CTR and CVR – engagement from CRM and loyalty content.
- Trade Campaign Conversion Rates – impact of retail campaigns on sell-in/sell-through.
- Content Accuracy and Turnaround Time – quality and speed of copy delivery.
- Retail Partner Feedback – effectiveness and clarity of B2B materials.
- SEO Keyword Impact – contribution to organic search visibility.
