A brilliant opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business that's investing in the future of its marketing team.
We're looking for either a Marketing Graduate or an ambitious Marketing Executive who wants to develop a career within marketplace marketing. This is a role where attitude is far more important than experience. If you're passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and want to become a specialist in one of the most in-demand areas of ecommerce, this could be the perfect next step.
No marketplace experience is needed. Full training will be provided by an experienced team who will support your development from day one.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll support the day-to-day management of online marketplace accounts whilst developing your knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
