About Shibumi
Shibumi is a premium British fashion brand creating timeless, beautifully crafted clothing for women and men who appreciate effortless style, exceptional quality, and outstanding customer service.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
The Role
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands premium fashion brands and knows how to combine creativity with commercial thinking.
You'll be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy, owning the customer journey, analysing performance, and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the Shibumi brand while delivering measurable business growth.
We are looking for someone that has the ability and vision to make a genuine impact on an ambitious independent fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Shibumi's overall marketing strategy.
- Own and continually improve the complete customer journey, from first brand discovery through to repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activity.
- Create, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales.
- Build and optimise beautiful Pinterest boards for marketing.
- Monitor advertising performance, continually testing audiences, creative, and messaging to maximise return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage Klaviyo email marketing, including campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and customer retention.
- Manage Shopify website content, merchandising, and conversion optimisation.
- Develop SEO, blog content, and organic website traffic.
- Analyse marketing performance using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta reporting.
- Produce monthly KPI reports with clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
- Work closely with our Brand & Customer Experience Manager to ensure a consistent brand message across every customer touchpoint.
- The ability to use AI and modern marketing technology to improve productivity, support content creation, and enhance marketing performance when needed.

About You
We're looking for someone who loves building brands and can demonstrate measurable commercial success through marketing.
You'll have:
- Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies that generate business growth.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or premium e-commerce brands.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to write compelling emails, blogs, and marketing content that reflects the Shibumi brand.
- A strong understanding of luxury branding, customer behaviour, and the complete customer journey.
- An excellent eye for style, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Strong use of Photoshop / Lightroom / Adobe Suite.
- Strong experience managing and optimising Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Ads Manager.
- A highly analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting data and making commercially driven decisions.
- Experience setting KPIs, measuring performance, and reporting on marketing results.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing effectiveness.
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach.
- The ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- A genuine enthusiasm for growing an independent premium fashion brand.
