Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary, covering various marketing facets, but primarily focused on:

  • Email Marketing:

    • Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for our newsletter, product updates, and exclusive promotions.
  • Social Media Growth Management:

    • Develop and expand our LinkedIn—our largest audience engagement channel—and frequent testing of new content formats.
    • Aid in leveraging our content for YouTube and launch our Twitter presence.
  • Graphic Design:

    • Maintain our visual identity across all marketing channels, with adequate equipment and training provided.
  • Website & UX:

    • Provide expertise in design and SEO activities.
    • Optimize UX and launch new formats that reinforce our brand identity.
  • Analytics:

    • Continuously measure and improve performance metrics across our channels.
    • Work towards tangible KPIs and challenging targets.
  • Paid Advertising & PPC Campaign Management:

    • Take ownership of paid advertising and optimizing PPC campaigns.

  • Synergy & Collaboration:
    • Identify and develop content synergies for cross-departmental sharing.
    • Keep other departments informed of our brand progress.

What We Expect From You

While this graduate position doesn’t technically require prior experience, we expect strong inclusion from diverse educational backgrounds.

Essential Criteria:

  • Possession of a UK work permit.
  • Having obtained or currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any discipline.

We are seeking candidates who display the following attributes:

Flexible

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday based at Buckingham Gate. We strive to work at a rapid pace, promoting seamless collaboration to create market-leading and unmatched events throughout the year.
