Marketing Graduate - Entry-Level Sales & Marketing

Birmingham (near The Mailbox) | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start

Sage is growing from the heart of the West Midlands, creating opportunities for ambitious graduates who want practical experience, structured development and a genuine route into leadership. We work with recognised UK brands across telecommunications, energy, non-profit, food and beverage, and lifestyle sectors, delivering face-to-face campaigns that connect businesses with real customers.

Over the next six to eight weeks, we are preparing to expand into Leeds, Glasgow and London. Before those locations open, our priority is strengthening the team here in Birmingham. We are recruiting people now, developing them properly and preparing the strongest performers to play a meaningful role in the next stage of our growth.

For a recent graduate interested in marketing, business and working with people, this is an opportunity to build commercial experience without relocating or waiting years for progression. You will receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced team members and learn how successful campaigns are planned, delivered and developed from the ground up.

The Role

This position is based in our Birmingham office, permanently. You will be trained and mentored by managers who have come through the same route, learning campaign delivery, customer engagement, and the commercial thinking behind how brands reach their audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
