Marketing Graduate Scheme 2026
We're launching a 12-month programme offering rotational placements across our marketing teams, giving recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on, cross-channel experience while building the skills and confidence to launch a successful marketing career.
Role Overview
Our 12-month Graduate Marketing Scheme offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels. As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll rotate across three different teams over our four-month placements, gaining exposure to key channels such as Email Marketing, Social Media, Local Marketing (Stores), Paid Media and more.
You’ll support with the planning and execution of campaigns, developing a strong foundation in digital and brand marketing. Working closely with marketing specialists and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to delivering engaging campaigns that reach and inspire millions of customers. This is a unique opportunity to explore different areas of marketing, build a broad skill set, and kickstart your marketing career.

Key Responsibilities
Help to shape ideas and plans for marketing campaigns Assist with campaign briefing and execution to deliver marketing channel performance and engagement goals Assist with analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement Support testing initiatives across messaging, creative and audience segments Attend relevant events such as store openings, content shoots and customer events Share industry trends and competitor activity with the wider marketing department
What We’re Looking For
You’re a university graduate who graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a 2:1 or above You have a passion and interest for marketing, and love beauty! You’re enthusiastic, motivated and have a strong desire to learn new things You have excellent attention to detail and are very organised You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team You’re adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
