Junior Marketing Executive
Location: West Oxfordshire
Salary: up to £28k
Our client is a well-established international business with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and sustainable product development. As their marketing team continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Executive who is eager to build a successful long-term career in marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of modern B2B marketing, from lead generation and CRM management through to content creation, SEO, analytics, and sales enablement. You'll work closely with experienced marketing professionals, develop valuable commercial skills, and play an active role in supporting marketing initiatives across international markets.

Create Engaging Content
- Produce content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and sales materials.
- Contribute to blogs, case studies, customer success stories, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop both your written communication and creative marketing skills.

Strengthen Your Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Support website improvements and content updates.
- Gain exposure to SEO, AI search optimisation, and digital marketing best practices.

About You
This role would suit someone at the beginning of their marketing career, perhaps coming out of education, or with a few years in an office environment, who is enthusiastic, curious, and motivated to learn.
You may already have experience through education, internships, placements, or previous roles, and you're excited about developing your skills further within a supportive environment.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have any experience with, exposure to, or an interest in:
- Marketing, business, or a related subject area.
- Digital marketing principles and campaign activity.
- Content creation and written communication.
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Microsoft Office and general business systems.
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- SEO and content marketing techniques.
- Social media management and digital engagement.
- Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
- AI tools that enhance productivity, content creation, or marketing performance.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
