At Stonebridge, we empower over 1,400 mortgage advisers across the UK to grow their business and achieve their aspirations through our world-class support, cutting-edge systems, and genuine collaborative culture. Our people are at the heart of everything we do — their ideas, energy, and drive shape our success.

If you’re a data-driven B2B marketer looking for a hybrid working role (Derby City Centre and home) who loves building momentum, improving processes, and generating high-quality leads that make a real commercial impact, this is your opportunity to shine.

About The Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping more mortgage adviser firms join the Stonebridge network. Your focus? Delivering high-quality, conversion-ready leads to our Recruitment (New Business) team.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll shape campaigns, improve website conversion, and build repeatable processes that scale. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and external specialists — all while developing a Marketing Executive who reports to you.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy experimenting and optimising, and want to see your work directly influence business growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Demand generation planning — Support the creation and delivery of a full-funnel demand generation plan, defining priorities, channels, and campaign schedules.
  • Content coordination — Plan and brief content for campaigns and buyer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Campaign performance — Run and optimise multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic and engagement (with agency support for paid and SEO).
  • Website conversion — Improve enquiry journeys and landing pages to increase form completions and lead quality.
  • Sales enablement — Create materials that keep Stonebridge front-of-mind throughout the decision-making process.
  • Tools & processes — Support lead follow-up, nurture, and efficiency through better tracking, templates, and light automation.
  • Reporting & insight — Track KPIs, maintain clear reporting, and provide insight on what to stop, start, or optimise.
  • Compliance & QA — Ensure all activity meets FCA regulations and Stonebridge Business Standards.
  • Line management — Lead and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their growth and capability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
