Graduate Marketing Analytics Coordinator (12-Month FTC) |wickes discover
We’re recruiting an enthusiastic recent graduate for a 12-month fixed-term contract in our Marketing Analytics team—a fantastic stepping stone to launch or accelerate your career.
About the Role
Are you a driven, analytical thinker with strong communication skills? As our Marketing Analytics Coordinator, you’ll harness data to shape smart, customer-centric, business decisions. Working across customer behaviour, loyalty data, and retail analytics, you’ll support sales growth, market share expansion, and customer loyalty in a dynamic retail environment.
You’ll thrive in a hybrid (office/home) workplace, where adaptability, problem-solving skills, and time management are key. Whether refining dashboards, analysing trade insights, or informing stakeholder decisions—your role will accelerate data-driven impact.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Actionable Customer Insights
- Build and maintain reporting tools (e.g., customer-behaviour dashboards, TradePro loyalty metrics), transforming complex data into clear visuals and reports
- Support the Voice of Customer (CSAT) programme, ensuring leadership decisions reflect genuine customer feedback
- Master analytics metrics to optimise the multichannel customer experience and boost engagement/sales
ProvideIndependent Analytical Support
- Investigate wide-ranging questions from marketing, retail, and business teams, delivering structured findings and evidence-based recommendations
- Monopoly market trends—track economy indicators (e.g. Consumer Confidence), retail competitors, and customer demographics through exercises such as store visits and benchmarking reports

What We’re Looking For
To excel here, you’ll need:
Education & Skills
- Degree-levelf education (information/numerical fields preferred)
- A-Level maths (required) or equivalent quantitative subject
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Spreadsheet management (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- One programming language (SQL, BigQuery, Python, R)—experience is advantageous
- Statistical and data analysis principles

- Clear communicator—able to simplify insights, pitch confidently to executives, and collaborate across teams

- Strong work ethic: reliable delivery by deadlines, championing quality and accuracy
