Company Description

Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. We operate across a range of markets, from financial services to healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance, and many more. Experian invests in people and new advanced technologies to unlock the power of data. We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.

Job Description

As our Marketing Insight Manager in our Consumer Services function, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning the insight agenda for our brand and marketing activity, shaping what we need to learn, why it matters, and how those insights influence brand strategy, campaigns and business decisions. Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, you’ll turn customer, brand and market understanding into actionable recommendations that improve performance and drive growth.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong technical expertise in marketing insight. You'll bring experience working with established consumer brands, leading brand tracking programmes, evaluating campaign effectiveness and translating complex data into compelling stories that influence senior stakeholders. You'll be equally comfortable asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and ensuring insight leads to action.

What You'll Own

Brand Insight Strategy & Delivery

  • Own the customer and brand insight agenda, ensuring research answers the most important strategic questions.
  • Lead brand tracking, annual customer sentiment analysis, campaign evaluation and deep-dive brand analysis, moving beyond reporting to explain what has changed, why it matters and what we should do next.
  • Lead the pre-testing process of creative concepts to help optimise and refine campaigns ahead of launch.
  • Challenge assumptions with evidence, helping teams make customer-led decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
