Marketing Instructor

Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced marketing educators to help shape how AI understands branding, consumer behaviour, and marketing strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by millions — making this one of the most impactful ways to apply your teaching background right now.

Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week


What You’ll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated marketing scenarios, questions, and explanations used in AI training datasets
  • Assess the quality of reasoning around:
    • Brand positioning
    • Consumer psychology
    • Messaging strategy
    • Go-to-market planning
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and real-world relevance of AI outputs
  • Apply your teaching experience to identify:
    • Common misconceptions
    • Gaps in marketing knowledge
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule, from anywhere

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level
  • Strong command of:
    • Marketing strategy
    • Consumer behaviour
    • Business communication
  • Able to critically assess:
    • Written business reasoning
    • Strategic recommendations
  • Skilled at delivering:
    • Clear
    • Constructive
    • Well-organised feedback
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based projects
