The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to work closely with our Growth Manager in supporting the firm's marketing function across content creation, campaign execution, investor communications, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

This is a paid internship with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role for high-performing candidates as the company continues to grow.

This is a hands-on role that offers meaningful responsibility from day one. You'll work across investment marketing, educational content, digital campaigns, research, and marketing operations, helping communicate private market investment opportunities while supporting the systems and processes that power our marketing function.

You'll contribute to a wide variety of projects, from producing campaign assets to researching companies and markets, maintaining website and CRM content, and improving marketing workflows using modern digital tools and automation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning quickly, taking ownership, and working at the intersection of venture capital, technology, and marketing.

What You'll Bring

  • A genuine interest in venture capital, investing, startups, and private markets
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity, research, and content creation
  • Curiosity about financial markets and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership

Previous experience in marketing, financial services, venture capital, fintech, or investment management is advantageous but not required

You'll work directly with senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience across investment marketing, digital campaigns, investor communications, AI-powered workflows, and brand development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in venture capital, fintech, or financial marketing while developing practical experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
