Marketing Intern - Champagne
Position
Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover MH UK and our brands. As an Intern, you will be part of the Marketing team and report to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.
You will:
- Liaise with other functions across the business
- Lead your own projects while providing administrative and logistical support for brand activations
- Be immersed in the craft, heritage, and savoir-faire behind our Maisons and within the LVMH ecosystem
- Make a tangible commercial impact from day one

Job Responsibilities
Brand Activations
- Support the development of brand events
- Serve as a key point of contact with external agencies for execution
- Assist on-site with event logistics and setup when required
- Act as a brand champion internally and externally (including engaging with trade guests and end consumers)
- Support the creation of itineraries (e.g., winemaker tours) and host key moments throughout the year
- Contribute to content creation, including briefing photographers, videographers, and other external collaborators

Trade Activations
- Co-lead the development and implementation of brand visibility (e.g., window displays, in-store activations)
- Partner closely with sales, consumer engagement teams, and agencies for on-trade activations
- Collaborate with consumer engagement teams to support on-trade activations
PR
- Assist in planning yearly PR and brand campaigns in partnership with the Communications and Culture team and external PR agencies
POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials)
- Oversee orders, stock, and logistics, including follow-ups on deliveries and collections
- Handle local sourcing or creation of materials where needed
- Support POSM forecasting and budget management
Administration
- Sales administration liaison: Manage and share the most updated brand information
- Monthly reporting: Facilitate monthly presentation preparation, summarising activations outcomes
- Resolve ad-hoc sales requests efficiently
- Administrative financial support:
- Raise purchase orders
- Assist with ensuring timely payments
- Process new vendor requests

Profile
Languages
- Fluent in English
Professional Experience & Knowledge
- Previous work experience or internship in brand management, project management, or PR required
- Knowledge/experience in the luxury goods industry welcome
Technical & Management Skills
- Sound knowledge of wine
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Personal & interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
- Can-do attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Organizational acumen, ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency
