EMEA CRM Intern
The role of an EMEA CRM Intern will be focused on supporting the EMEA CRM team with the preparation, production and sign-off of cross-channel customer communications (email, SMS, push, DM) for the Polo Retail Outlet (PRO) business, from briefing to execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be creatively minded and have the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, to ensure the right content is being driven to our customers at the right time, keeping the customer, brand and data at front of mind.
You will also assist on administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution
- Briefing and proofing of PRO CRM campaigns, working with the CRM Manager and CRM Associates to brief in elevated and engaging campaigns driving commercial KPIs.
- Supporting the CRM Associates with efficiencies to processes.
- Work closely with the CRM Associates and CRM Manager to understand the channel targets and support on best-in-class test and learn strategies to improve channel performance.
- Familiarise yourself with CRM KPI’s and metrics and understand how campaigns are performing against regular benchmarks, as well as understanding how CRM feeds into the wider business on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support on data capture initiatives, working with the CRM Associates & Data Strategist on optimising in store and progressive data capture opportunities to build out the PRO base.
- Conduct regular competitor reviews to stay a breadth of the industry, CRM and technical innovations - share with the wider CRM team.

Requirements
- Graduated/finalising study, towards degree standard or equivalent, or proven (relevant) CRM experience.
- Passion for fashion retail as well as brand and digital marketing.
- Strong affinity with the Ralph Lauren or Luxury brands.
- Ability to work well collaboratively and independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creatively minded.
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient in English.
