  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assisting in strengthening the firm's brand identity and enhancing its online presence across multiple digital platforms.
  • Conducting market research to identify prospective clients, development partners, donors, universities, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Supporting lead generation, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance while preparing basic analytics reports.
  • Promoting the firm's consulting services, training programs, internship opportunities, international volunteer initiatives, webinars, and professional events.
  • Assisting in developing marketing materials, visual content, corporate presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Supporting email marketing initiatives and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on communication and outreach activities.
  • Performing other marketing and communication assignments under the guidance of senior consultants.

Who We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong research, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for international development, sustainable development, fundraising, grant consulting, and renewable and green energy.
