The Marketing Intern role at Khan Terminal is a full-time, remote position based in London. The intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns that promote the platform to investors, analysts, students, and finance professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting market research
- Assisting in developing marketing strategies
- Supporting sales enablement activities
- Helping manage customer communications across digital channels
- Contributing to content creation for social media and email marketing
- Tracking campaign performance
- Providing customer service support where needed
This role offers exposure to a fast-growing fintech environment and the opportunity to learn how marketing supports product growth in an AI-driven financial platform.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
- Market research and marketing strategy skills, including the ability to analyze trends, segment audiences, and support campaign planning.
- Foundational sales and marketing skills, with interest in supporting lead generation, outreach, and basic sales processes.
- Interest in finance, fintech, or AI-driven products; ability to learn complex concepts and communicate them in an accessible way.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to work on-site in London and willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
