About the Role: Your Mission

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of Teya's marketing initiatives in the Italian market. Working closely with the local and global marketing teams, you will contribute to SEO, performance marketing, social media, PR, events, and content creation. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, with the opportunity to help localize global campaigns and create engaging, market-relevant content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Accountability: Your Mission

  • SEO: contribute to SEO strategy and keyword-optimized content creation tailored to Italian merchants, helping grow organic traffic
  • Performance: support campaign monitoring, provide input on local audiences and keywords, and contribute to creative, copy and landing page content
  • Social media management: take part in shaping the organic social strategy and content calendar (TikTok, Meta), from planning to content creation and community management
  • Events: support the organization of Teya's presence at trade fairs and industry events
  • PR: support PR activities for the Italian market, helping manage media relationships and agency coordination
  • Content production: support the production of content across different formats (written, video, graphic) to power marketing activities and the acquisition funnel
  • Global projects: act as the local point of contact for localizing campaigns and content from the global team, making sure every asset feels native in Italian

Qualifications: Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in a marketing agency, startup, or company, or hands-on experience through university projects, student organizations, or extracurricular initiatives.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn across multiple channels, including SEO, performance marketing, social media, PR, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, with a good command of English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
