About the Travel Innovation Group

As renowned travel industry heavyweights (if we do say so ourselves), the Travel Innovation Group offer a wealth of unique services via our three companies; Lime, Aviate and Calrom.

So, what exactly do we do? We began with our bespoke tech which provides market-leading flight booking systems for the world's leading airlines to the travel trade to book the world’s most recognisable travel brands. Our service is legendary in the industry (for all the right reasons) and thanks to this foundation, our growth continues to skyrocket with new, exciting products launching regularly, from cruise packages to luxury hotel booking services. What can we say – we’ve always been innovators at heart!

While we now have offices, people and partners across the globe, the hub of the action remains at our thriving Cheshire Oaks (UK) HQ and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us, to succeed with us and to grow with us.

About us and the department this role sits in:

We’re passionate about delivering brilliant marketing and communications for our own in-house brands and our partners too (we’re lucky enough to work with some pretty epic brands!). We are customer obsessed, and our goal is to really add value to all our customers with each communication or campaign.

Our teams are made up of a diverse mix of talented marketers and designers whose own experience and ideas make our department what it is.

The role:

You'll take ownership of key marketing workstreams, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and deliver campaigns across our brands.

Playing a key role in shaping how our brands connect with customers, you'll take ownership of marketing activity across a variety of brands, with a particular focus on building our Travel Innovation Group employer brand and promoting our SaaS and travel technology products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
