Marketing - Lead, Porsche Experience Centre Operations

Operations Lead – Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone

A unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in further developing the jewel in Porsche GB's experiential crown. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter to lead operations at the Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone.

As someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will have ownership of operational performance and team leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience, leveraging strong analytical skills and a desire for continuous improvement. You will drive efficiencies and develop strategic programmes to further build on the venue's success.

As the Operations Lead, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) on a day-to-day basis, monitoring all PEC facilities, activities, processes, and systems to ensure continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the PEC activity calendar to deliver an optimal mix of programmes, aligned to targets
  • Manage Experience Centre facilities, ensuring compliant Porsche brand representation across Health & Safety, security, and maintenance
  • Lead management of the PEC vehicle fleet, including:
    • Model mix
    • Utilisation
    • Maintenance
    • Risk and logistics for Driving Experience activities
  • Oversee Fleet Preparation Hub operations with the Workshop Controller, ensuring standards and budget control
  • Manage the Customer Contact Team and Operations Coordinator, ensuring performance delivery and ongoing development
  • Develop and optimise operational processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance, maintain reporting systems, and produce key and ad hoc reports, including Board and Review preparation
  • Partner with Finance on monthly cost and revenue analysis
  • Coordinate CRM activities and reporting
  • Collaborate with central and international Porsche Experience teams to support innovation and best practice sharing
