Marketing Lead - Volunteer

Head of Marketing (Impact-Driven Scaling Role)

We’re looking for a mission-driven marketer to take the lead on implementing a high-impact marketing strategy, scaling our self-development services for men—and widening their reach through diversified channels while optimising cost per acquisition (CAC) and lead generation.

Following our well-defined strategy, we need you to drive execution, ensuring growth while staying focused on measurable outcomes. You’ll shape our marketing performance, manage paid & organic channels, and secure a safer financial footing for our impact-first business.

Why this role matters

We’re at a critical stage of growth as we expand our men’s mental fitness and emotional intelligence programs. Your work will directly help us:

  • Increase adoption of our self-development services by more men
  • Optimise funding efficiency as we scale towards long-term sustainability
  • Strengthen marketing effectiveness with data-driven decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
