Marketing Management Trainee | Immediate Start | Entry-Level | Full Training Provided

Your Responsibilities
- Represent leading UK brands through face-to-face customer engagement across B2B, B2C Residential Campaigns, and Events.
- Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition from day one.
- Learn directly from experienced Team Leaders, Managers, and Directors through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Develop leadership, communication, and campaign management skills in a real business environment.
- Achieve performance milestones that unlock increased responsibility and career progression.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for people with ambition—not management experience.

- Come from any background, including graduates, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or career changers.

What You'll Get
- Performance-based, commission-driven earnings with OTE of £25,000–£30,000.
- Commission based on individual sales performance and targets achieved.
