Marketing Management Trainee | Immediate Start | Entry-Level | Full Training Provided

Relay Direct works with some of the UK's biggest consumer brands. Through our Marketing Management Trainee programme, you'll gain real-world experience, leadership training, and a clear pathway into management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent leading UK brands through face-to-face customer engagement across B2B, B2C Residential Campaigns, and Events.
  • Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition from day one.
  • Learn directly from experienced Team Leaders, Managers, and Directors through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
  • Develop leadership, communication, and campaign management skills in a real business environment.
  • Achieve performance milestones that unlock increased responsibility and career progression.

What You'll Get

  • Performance-based, commission-driven earnings with OTE of £25,000–£30,000.
  • Commission based on individual sales performance and targets achieved.
