Chocoberry is a fast-growing hospitality brand that began in 2018 in Leicester as a dessert café built around the belief that great food creates great moments. The company has evolved into an all-day indulgence concept, offering brunch, desserts, specialty coffee, and dining experiences for any time of day. Chocoberry now operates 24 cafés, with additional locations in the pipeline, and is expanding across the UK, UAE, Canada, Türkiye, and Pakistan. The brand focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality, creativity, and consistency, supported by strong systems, operational excellence, and experience-led hospitality. Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester, responsible for leading and executing Chocoberry’s marketing strategy across existing and upcoming locations. This role involves:

- Developing and managing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive footfall, and support new store launches
- Coordinating with design and operations teams
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Overseeing content and collateral creation
- Analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing campaigns
- Managing budgets and relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and supporting franchise and international expansion with localized, experience-focused marketing plans

Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, ideally in hospitality, retail, or consumer brands
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, paid campaigns, email marketing, and basic analytics
- Proficiency in brand management and content development, including briefing and reviewing creative assets and copy
- Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
- Proven organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns, launches, and deadlines
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel to cafés and new locations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with hospitality or franchise brands, and familiarity with international or multi-location marketing, is an advantage
