The Company

We're partnering with an innovative engineering business that designs and delivers specialist products and technical solutions to customers across highly regulated industries. Following continued growth and expansion into new markets, they're investing further in their marketing function and are now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to help drive demand generation, strengthen customer engagement and elevate the company's brand presence.

The Role

This is a broad, commercially focused marketing role where you'll take ownership of the company's marketing strategy and execution across digital, campaigns, events and customer engagement. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in supporting the next phase of business growth by developing integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, strengthen customer relationships and communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and engaging way.

  • Working closely with Sales, Product and technical teams, you'll deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Manage exhibitions and industry events
  • Oversee website performance, SEO, email marketing and CRM
  • Ensure marketing activity is measurable and aligned with wider commercial objectives
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers
  • Continually analyse campaign performance and use customer insight and data to optimise future activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
