Marketing Manager £50,000–£55,000

Property / Real Estate

London – 5 days in the office

I'm partnering with a growing property business that's looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across two complementary brands.

A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building brands, delivering lead generation campaigns and making a visible impact within a growing business.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy. You'll be responsible for developing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, grow brand awareness and support ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of the marketing strategy across two growing brands, ensuring all activity aligns with business objectives and growth targets
  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality B2C and B2B leads while maximising return on investment
  • Driving acquisition through targeted campaigns, partnerships, content marketing and digital lead generation initiatives
  • Creating and implementing lead generation campaigns
  • Managing paid digital marketing activity, continually optimising performance and spend
  • Overseeing SEO strategy, website performance and user experience to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings and maximise conversions
  • Planning and delivering engaging content across websites, email marketing, social media, blogs, case studies, PR and video to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring messaging and creative accurately reflect each brand's positioning

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
