Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC - Global FMCG Business

Home/hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office in Bedford, Bedfordshire - Competitive salary, bonus + benefits

They are expanding and hiring for a Marketing Manager - 12 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the UK brand and marketing strategy across all platforms and channels.
  • Lead major product launches and brand campaigns, ensuring activity is implemented effectively and delivers maximum impact.
  • Coordinate digital marketing, trade marketing, experiential, promotional and PR activity.
  • Manage the digital advertising strategy across relevant channels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximise marketing investment across the retail and dealer network.
  • Support the management and allocation of the marketing budget.
  • Create local campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement and market share.
  • Coordinate promotional plans across the product portfolio.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, including press releases, launch events, sales materials, advertising creative and media execution.
  • Partner with PR and external agencies to deliver product launches, reviews and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market-share KPIs, recommending improvements where required.
  • Collaborate with European and global marketing teams, sharing insight and best practice.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of four marketing professionals.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.
  • Strong experience managing integrated B2C marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR and experiential channels.
  • Proven involvement in consumer product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to track performance against budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organised, creative and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Strong writing skills, excellent grammar and exceptional attention to detail.
