Marketing Manager ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (hybrid)
Salary up to £50,500 + excellent benefits
Full-time, permanent position (flexible working pattern)

The Marketing Manager will deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and activity to support customer acquisition, retention, and value optimisation across Business Energy, ensuring effective execution, strong performance outcomes, and alignment to marketing strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and activity, ensuring high standards of execution and performance
- Implement marketing plans across acquisition, in-life, and retention, aligned to agreed priorities
- Manage the creative development process, working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns
- Support delivery of campaign performance targets, including customer growth, retention, and engagement
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise activity and ROI
- Manage campaign-level budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of spend
- Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure aligned and effective execution
- Support delivery of compliant customer communications, meeting regulatory and business requirements
- Contribute to a test and learn approach, improving marketing effectiveness and performance over time
What you'll bring
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns in a business environment
- Understanding of acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical capability and ability to interpret performance data
- Experience working with marketing agencies and suppliers
- Experience in B2B marketing (desirable)
- Understanding of UK energy market (desirable)
Minimum Criteria
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Analytical capability and attention to detail
