The Role: Marketing Campaign Strategist (Contract)
Position Type: Full-time contractor (until December 2026, with potential extension) Rate: Up to £44.23/hour (PAYE, 40 hours/week) Contractor Agency: Aquent
Make an impact guiding high-impact B2B marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and brand excellence. As the campaign orchestrator, you’ll blend strategic insight, creative messaging, and cross-functional collaboration to position cutting-edge solutions within the market—helping businesses connect authentically with their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, from initial concept to delivery, encompassing content, digital, email, and events.
- Develop compelling narratives that translate complex product capabilities into clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables seamlessly.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring rigorous tracking of schedules, dependencies, and milestones for timely project execution.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous strategic optimisation.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and next steps clearly to global stakeholders across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably within enterprise-level organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel campaign execution (content, digital, email, events) from concept to launch.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign Reporting, using tools to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills—coordinates multiple stakeholders, manages deadlines, and balances parallel project workloads effectively.
- Strong cross-functional expertise, including alignment and communication with sales, product, and creative teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to translate technical information into accessible, impactful narratives.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, high-priority environment with evolving priorities and multiple time zones.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while delivering under pressure.
