International Go-To-Market Strategy & Partner Engagement Specialist
Join a global TV and streaming team that is expanding its international presence. As part of the International Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will support the launch and growth of a leading streaming service across global markets, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on collaboration. You will act as a key point of support for International GTM initiatives, helping balance global consistency with the cultural intelligence needed for local market success.
Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning
- Support and maintain GTM frameworks that ensure International market needs and local nuances are integrated into planning from the outset.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including product marketing, growth, media, retail, and partner marketing) to align on plans and enable seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to continuously inform and refine GTM decisions across regions.
- Partner with local marketing and localisation teams to ensure campaigns resonate culturally while upholding global brand standards.
- Contribute to geo-creative programmes that support and strengthen overarching GTM plans.

Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Identify and prioritise key strategic partners in international markets, developing targeted approaches that drive marketing-led growth.
- Support creation of localised service and content slate pitch decks and generate earned media support from partners.
- Help localise and roll out global partner resources, including:
- Newsletters
- Digital screener tools
- Partner merchandising
- Support partener day-to-day operations, including:
- Onboarding
- Access updates across select markets
- Overall partner experience
- Manage localised partner newsletter workflows to ensure communications align effectively with global markets.
- Support planning and delivery of events.
- Coordinate partner mixers and industry events, working with Public Relations to:
- Facilitate partner access to client events, including premieres.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Experience in a Go-To-Market, marketing strategy, or partner engagement role, ideally in:
- Media
- Entertainment
- Consumer technology
- A track record of working across international or multi-market programmes, with an appreciation for:
- How cultural context influences effective communication
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable:
- Working with a wide range of teams
- Bringing stakeholders together around a shared plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for:
- Internal stakeholders and external partners alike
- Hands-on experience in producing events or partner-facing programmes, from concept to delivery
- Analytical mindset leveraging data and market intelligence, including:
- Tracking performance metrics
- Reporting initiatives
