What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted expert on offerings, providing critical input into development processes, conducting market analysis, and forecasting industry trends to inform strategy.
  • Lead comprehensive user research initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners to uncover deep user insights that drive product and marketing evolution.
  • Champion the creation of compelling marketing content, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and guiding cross-functional teams through iterative development and successful publication across diverse platforms.
  • Translate user voice into actionable insights, influencing product development and marketing strategies, advocating for enhanced user experiences, and promoting engagement.
  • Orchestrate strategic marketing planning meetings, offering recommendations on portfolio management, prioritizing objectives, and defining precise positioning plans to captivate target audiences.
  • Drive and manage complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, assets, and communications, ensuring alignment with user needs and key business objectives.
  • Conduct rigorous evaluation and analysis of campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities and recommending integrated channel strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for marketing content across various channels, while harmonizing processes for defining, collecting, and tracking essential quantitative and qualitative business metrics.
  • Validate market opportunities, leveraging deep subject matter expertise to identify growth areas, build compelling rationales, and develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Shape brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to resonate with diverse audiences and achieve specific goals.
  • Champion an inclusive environment, upholding core values, fostering psychological safety, and actively mitigating biases to ensure all perspectives thrive.
