The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of their global events portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines exceptional creative marketing and copywriting skills with the ability to build high-value media partnerships. You'll be responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive audience growth while creating strategic partnerships that expand brand awareness, increase reach and generate long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive event registrations and audience engagement.
- Produce exceptional copy across email, social media, websites, landing pages, advertising and promotional materials.
- Bring fresh creative thinking that strengthens the brand and helps events stand out in competitive markets.
- Identify, secure and manage strategic media partnerships that drive awareness and support event growth.
- Build new relationships with media partners, industry associations and key organisations across multiple regions.
- Strengthen existing partnerships by understanding partner objectives and creating mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop initiatives that inspire media partners to actively promote and champion the client's events.
- Work closely with the commercial and events teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives.
- Analyse campaign and partnership performance, using data and insights to continually improve results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support continued international growth.

Who We're Looking For
- A proven, high-performing Marketing Manager with a track record of delivering commercial results.
- Experience working within a media, events or conference business, with exposure to exhibitions, conferences, webinars, roundtables and digital products.
- An exceptional copywriter with strong creative instincts and a passion for producing engaging marketing campaigns.
- Someone who is commercially minded and obsessed with growth, learning and building a market-leading brand.
- A relationship builder who can create and nurture strategic partnerships that deliver measurable value.
- Confident working in a fast-paced scale-up where you'll be trusted to back your judgement and take ownership.
- A highly collaborative individual who enjoys working across teams and with external partners.
- Someone with the ambition and capability to grow into a senior marketing leadership role as the business continues to scale.
