PSL Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role within the marketing team at Pharmacy Supplies Ltd. As a Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in managing PSL’s digital and print marketing strategies, driving engagement, and increasing sales. From running social media channels to taking ownership of the monthly e-brochure and leading the RDS Tradeshow, this role offers a chance to make a significant impact on PSL’s brand presence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, own, and manage the overall marketing strategy for PSL, ensuring alignment across print & digital brochure, email marketing, social media, and the wider commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide staff with the marketing tools and presentations needed to effectively drive sales.
- Work closely with key brands to ensure key campaigns are shared with PSL and strategy is relevant to Irish Pharmacy.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital engagement.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are cohesive, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message.
Digital Development:
- Lead the strategy and execution for the launch of a new digital ordering app, driving strong customer uptake and seamless user experience.
- Take ownership of the PSL monthly e-brochure, ensuring it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and customer-friendly and transition customers to order through the monthly e-brochure or app. Monitor performance and report back to senior management.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the brochure’s layout is on-brand, visually striking, and effectively showcases products.

RDS Tradeshow Leadership:
- Lead the planning and execution of PSL’s presence at the RDS Tradeshow in May.
- Work with internal and external teams to create attractive offers tailored for tradeshow attendees.
- Ensure the stand is visually impactful, professional, and represents PSL’s brand values.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and set-up to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the Pharmacy Supplies presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring the social media strategy aligns with the commercial plan and that key campaigns and promotions effectively reach Irish Pharmacies.
- Monitor performance and report back to senior management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ senior marketing experience, ideally in pharmacy, health, beauty, or retail sectors, with proven leadership of high-performing teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset, capable of driving brand growth, awareness, and sales through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Deep expertise in consumer insight, market research, and trend forecasting, turning data into actionable strategies.
- Track record of successful collaboration with internal teams and external teams.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience in planning and executing events, tradeshows, or experiential marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
