🚀 Performance Marketing Manager | B2B SaaS | PE-Backed Growth Business | Manchester (1 day a week on-site) | £50,000 - £60,000 + Great bens

Most performance marketing roles are measured on clicks, traffic and lead volume. This one isn't.

I'm working with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business looking for an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager to own what really matters: qualified pipeline, CAC and revenue impact.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a significant paid and organic acquisition engine, bring capability in-house, and play a key role in scaling a modern demand generation function.

You'll work hand-in-hand with the Head of Demand Generation, owning performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, marketplaces, review platforms, SEO, CRO and emerging AI-driven search channels.

If you're commercially minded, obsessed with measurement, and love turning marketing investment into predictable pipeline growth, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Why this role stands out

  • Significant backing and investment into growth
  • Opportunity to bring paid capability in-house and shape the future function
  • Full ownership of channel performance and commercial outcomes
  • Broad remit across paid acquisition, SEO, CRO and attribution
  • Strong demand generation focus, not just lead generation
  • Opportunity to build and scale a team over time
  • AI and emerging search channels are a strategic priority

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
