Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
Overview
NORTH VISION UK is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, supports business growth, and drives audience engagement. This role is suited to a commercially aware marketing professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working across campaigns, digital channels, content, and performance analysis.
The Marketing Manager will play an important role in shaping how the business communicates with its target audience, ensuring marketing activity is consistent, effective, and aligned with wider company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Oversee content creation for websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Manage the company’s brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and commercial objectives
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, SEO, and paid campaigns where relevant
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to support decision-making
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is aligned with priorities and delivers value
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, and other suppliers where needed
- Support the development of marketing plans for new products, services, initiatives, or target markets
- Identify opportunities to improve customer communication, brand visibility, and overall marketing effectiveness

Requirements
Required
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with experience operating at Marketing Manager level or in a similar position
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management
- Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, website management, and SEO
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance
- Confidence working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, analytics tools, and content management systems

Nice to Have
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Previous experience working with external agencies or freelancers
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Experience in a B2B, professional services, or growth-focused commercial environment
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
