Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Execution
- Execute the regional marketing strategy across the UK and Europe, translating global direction into locally relevant, revenue-focused programs
- Align all marketing activities with regional sales targets, supporting pipeline creation, acceleration, and account engagement
- Drive market awareness and demand generation initiatives that deliver qualified leads and measurable contribution to pipeline
- Support competitor and market analysis, translating insights into actionable messaging, positioning, and campaign optimization

Value Proposition & Product Marketing Support
- Work with product marketing, management, engineering, and business development teams to develop clear and compelling value propositions
- Assist product marketing as needed to translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused messaging specific to the region
- Support product launches by driving regional positioning, messaging, and campaign materials
- Lead the development of industry and application-focused messaging in the region
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Align with regional Business Development to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal progression
- Equip sales teams with high-impact presentations and targeted collateral that support each stage of the buyer journey
- Enable stronger customer conversations through messaging, value articulation, and use-case driven content
- Support revenue-generating events and engagements that create qualified opportunities and advance accounts
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Execute integrated digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and webinars, leveraging Salesforce Pardot to drive MQL generation and nurture progression
- Collaborate with global marketing and design teams to develop high-converting assets, landing pages, and campaign visuals aligned to value propositions
- Support and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns in partnership with global marketing, ensuring alignment in messaging, targeting, and performance goals
- Develop and distribute technical and campaign-driven content across web and social channels to strengthen engagement and contribute to pipeline growth
Product & Market Feedback:
- Provide market insights to product management and development teams
- Support voice-of-customer feedback collection
- Help identify emerging customer needs and industry trends
Marketing Performance Tracking:
- Track campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs
- Support reporting on:
- Lead generation
- Campaign engagement
- Digital performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering or related field. Or equivalent demonstrable experience
Required Experience
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, engineering, or technical product environments
- Proven experience partnering with sales and product teams to support pipeline generation, product positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Hands-on experience executing digital and content marketing programs, including campaign development, technical content creation, and performance tracking
- Working knowledge of product marketing principles, including value proposition development and customer-focused messaging
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, including lead scoring, email automation, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience managing website content within CMS platforms such as WordPress, with basic HTML/CSS proficiency
- Experience supporting B2B social media initiatives, particularly LinkedIn, including content coordination, campaign amplification, and performance measurement aligned to lead generation

- Region: United Kingdom & Europe, office based in Maidenhead (Berkshire). Hybrid role which can transition to remote

The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with at least three years of experience in a technical product environment who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer value creation. They will be comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders while also understanding how to position solutions effectively through modern digital marketing channels.
