At Dandara, we're proud to build homes that stand the test of time — places defined by quality, precision, and craftsmanship. For over 30 years, we've been setting the benchmark for excellence in UK housebuilding.

We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Southern Counties team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to provide maternity cover. Based from our regional head office in Totton, Southampton, you'll play a key role in driving marketing performance across our developments, helping to generate leads, support sales success, and strengthen the Dandara brand across the region.

About The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director and Managing Director, you'll lead the regional marketing strategy across our Housebuilding division, overseeing everything from campaign planning and budget management through to digital performance, PR, events, and brand management.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you'll ensure our developments are marketed effectively, campaigns deliver measurable results, and all activity aligns with Dandara's commercial objectives and brand standards.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver the regional marketing strategy in line with business objectives, sales forecasts, and development launches.
  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, and social media.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring expenditure is controlled and delivers strong return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials including brochures, signage, digital assets, advertisements, and show home collateral.
  • Manage website content, online listings, landing pages, and digital advertising to maximise performance and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Construction, Technical, and Group Marketing teams to ensure marketing activity supports business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with creative, PR, and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of development launches, community engagement initiatives, and marketing events.
  • Support and develop Marketing Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
