Iconic venues. High-volume events. London’s most dynamic food, drink and cultural destinations.

There’s nowhere quite like The Lowline. A collection of high-energy venues and bars, including the iconic Flat Iron Square, sitting at the heart of London Bridge. Known for large-scale events, live sport, food-led experiences and cultural programming, this is hospitality at scale, driven by creativity and commercial performance.

Operating within a fast-paced and growing portfolio, The Lowline is at an exciting stage of expansion. We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing delivery across the venues and bars division. This is not a passive role. It’s for someone who thrives on momentum, understands the London scene, and knows how to turn great ideas into measurable results.

The Role

You’ll sit firmly within the Brand & Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, with responsibility for planning and executing integrated marketing activity across the portfolio.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead marketing calendars, oversee campaigns, manage content and partnerships, and optimise digital and CRM channels to drive footfall, engagement and commercial growth.

You’ll work closely with venue operations, creatives, partners and suppliers to ensure every piece of marketing reflects the energy of the venues while delivering against clear business objectives.

In This Role, You’ll…

  • Lead Marketing Delivery Across the Portfolio

    • Lead the delivery of the marketing calendar, campaigns and seasonal activity across the venue to drive footfall and brand awareness
    • Support and deliver campaigns, launches and key events across the venues and bars division
    • Provide support across the wider portfolio when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
