Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be a founding member of the marketing team at Well-Ordered Family. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, this role will oversee the creation of our marketing funnels for both our B2B and B2C segments. The Marketing Manager will oversee and assist in the creation of content, create and manage digital campaigns, and own the entire B2C funnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating effective marketing funnels, managing digital campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance, and have a passion for working to further Christian mission-focused organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Funnel Creation: Design, create, and implement marketing funnels for B2B and B2C segments. Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into customers. Continuously analyze funnel performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and more. Develop compelling ad copy, creative content, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Create and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and customers. Utilize A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other tactics to enhance lead capture and conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website. Collaborate cross-functionally to produce content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient allocation of resources. Track expenditures and optimize ROI for marketing investments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing marketing funnels for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience in content creation and management, with a portfolio of examples demonstrating creative and effective content.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced new business environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
