The Role

- Turn campaign strategy into executed programs, including email nurture, webinars, and content.
- Act as the primary connector between marketing and sales.
- Own message governance, reviewing and approving all external content.
- Maintain the sales asset library, persona cards, and battle cards.
- Own webinar logistics end-to-end, from registration to follow-up.
- Manage a junior marketing specialist.
- Consolidate performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ B2B marketing experience in enterprise tech, cybersecurity, or industrial/energy sectors.
- Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns end to end.
- Strong writing skills, with experience reviewing technical or complex content.
- Experience in a sales-aligned marketing function, comfortable with CRM and marketing automation.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- OT cybersecurity, energy, or startup/early-stage experience preferred.
